A Trip To Baltimore, Maryland

The National Aquarium in Baltimore is a great place to go for the entire day. They have many various exhibits and displays that will keep you entertained. Step back to a time to the War of 1812 at the Fort McHenry National Monument and Historical Shrine. You do not have to be a history buff to enjoy a day at this national monument. See the cannons overlooking the water, the restored military barracks and the enclosure of the fort. While Francis Scott Key was on a ship outside of the fort, he wrote a song that became our national anthem, The Star Spangled Banner. A replica of the flag flown at that time is on display in the original spot.
