West Palm Beach

Last summer my family decided to take a trip down to West Palm Beach, where we used to live to visit some of our old friends and go to the beach. Unfortunately our family car was in the shop being fixed, so we decided to rent a car to get us to and around the West Palm Beach area.

So we went on to RentalCarMomma.com and we looked through some of the dealers that they work with, like Enterprise, Avis and Budget. We have used RentalCarMomma.com in the past and it had been such a great experience we were happy to go to them again for this trip. We needed a big car, one that would hold all four of us comfortably and all of our bags and things for the beach.

Fortunately Avis had a great price for a large SUV. So we placed our order and when we went the morning we were planning to leave, thanks to RentalCarMomma.com all of our information was already in their system and the car was all ready, on the lot, for us to pick up and bring home so we could pack up and head down to West Palm Beach.

When we arrived in West Palm Beach we went over to one of our oldest friend's house, where we were going to be staying, and after we unpacked the car we all got in the rental and headed down to downtown West Palm Beach for the Sunfest festival.

We always loved going to this festival, ever since we were little kids. The entire park is filled with vendors with homemade jewelry, bags, clothes, there are even local artists showing and selling some of their work. I love going around looking at all the art that people have made, some of the art is so nice. Sunfest also has some local bands playing on the stage so we make our way over there too, and sit down to enjoy the music while we eat some lunch.

While we were in West Palm Beach we decided to go to the Beach for a day of fun in the sun. So again we packed in to rental, and headed to the beach. My sister and I spent most of the day swimming out in the ocean with our friends, while my mom and her friend worked in their tans and caught up on old times.

The trip to West Palm Beach was so much fun, being able to see all of our old friends, and spending the day at the beach and going to the festival was totally worth the 3 and a half hour drive. I can't wait to do it again.
