Earth Day at Epcot

So we just got back from the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival and it was fantastic! We figured that we would be entering some small pavilion and looking at some exotic flowers, this was not the case. The ENTIRE PARK is the show room, absolutely evrything is made out of flowers. There are butterfly houses, gardens, huge disney characters made out of shrubs, flowers and vines. Its just incredible I really dont know how to describe it! When you first enter Epcot you stumble through the gates (always pushing and pulling) and then you are in the park. The second you are through the gates you see these massive Mickey, Minnie and Goofie shrubbery and flower made decorations, nearly twice the size of yourself! Goofie is surfing, Minning is laying in a flower bed and Mickey is standing on the beach! The Butterfly Gardens are amazing, they arent just 10 or 11 butterflies, there are hundereds of them inside these tents, all over the walls and in the plants. All the butterflies had vibrant colors and seemed like something out of picture book! Every area of the park had something new, wherever you went there was something pertaining to that areas theme in the park. There was also a showing room, a long hallway where you could buy exotic flowers and see some the most advanced gardening tools out there. All around the parks were demonstrations on how the plants are taken care of and where they come from. You have gotta go to this, and fast! it's going to be gone soon!
