• Greenfield Village

• North American International Auto Show
  Each manufacturer has it's own display on the floor ready to be unveiled with a bang-up revelation of their next-year's models. During the show many design concepts are revealed for the cars of the future. Events usually begin around the first Sunday of January each year. Guests are allowed to get into the vehicles, sit at the drivers seat, play with buttons where other cars are under high security. The most revealing car at the event in downtown Detroit was the Cadillac Sixteen. This beauty actually had 16 cylinders generating a whopping 1000 horse power. Some amazing facts of the show includes electricity that could power 360 home subdivision, carpet 600 homes, and car values that exceed $200 million.

• African Bead Museum
  Repository to a comprehensive variety of ceremonial Beads, art works and related objects, it is the fourth African Bead Museum in the United States. In addition to a diversified collection of bead with significant cultural value, the Museum displays such things as books on African Culture, history, silver, ivory, and other objects. Many local Africa Artists feature their painting and sculptures in the Museums gallery.

• Center for Creative Studies
  Located in downtown Detroit Cultural Center is the Center for Creative Studies award-winning architectural buildings. These buildings host liberal arts education such as Music, Dance and blends of modern classics. Nationally known artists as well as school and faculty showcase their avant-garde work in the school's Center Galleries for viewing. Student-run underground 245 Galleries are also available displaying student art exhibits year round attracting thousands of patrons.
