El Rancho de las Golondrinas
This attraction is a must see when you are visiting Santa Fe, New Mexico. El Rancho de las Golondrinas literally translates to "the ranch of the swallows". The buildings taht now stand on the the ranch are restorations and recreations of the buildings that would have been there during the 17th and 18th century. Depending on what time of year that you are there, you can see the attendants dressed in period clothing, reenacting everyday life in the 17th and 18th century. San Miguel Mission

• Institute of American Indian Arts Museum
  The Institute of America Indian Arts Museum is located in the downtown district of Santa Fe and right across the street from the St. Francis Cathedral. The museum boasts collections from some of the greatest American Indian artists such as Carl Beam and James Lavadour. Each year, artwork from the graduating class is put on display and open to the public to see. There are other activities that take place at the museum, like book signings and lectures.
