Woodland Park Zoo
The Woodland
Park Zoo sits on about 65 acres of land and
holds more than 1000 animals from about 290

Chittenden Locks & Carl
English Botanical Gardens
This
garden was first built in 1911 and give a lesson

ships and sailing vessels when they enter the
locks. There are guided tours for the locks

also the botanical garden which offer about
2,000 different plant life. |


Space Needle
The
Space Needle is the city's landmark and is seen

Seattle Aquarium
The
Seattle Aquarium is a shelter for marine life,

Museum of Glass

Museum of Glass is located in Tacoma and is a

contemporary works of glass and other related
objects. The core of the building is a 90 foot
steel cone. Visitors are offered lively exhibits
and a trip to the Hot Shop Amphitheater, which
shows the process of glassmaking. |


Seattle Art Museum
The Seattle Art Museum is located in the
downtown area. There is a 48 foot
Hammering Man sculpture that stand outside to
mark where the museum is. As visitors enter the
museum there are nine sculpted white cars that
hang in the air at different angles. The
galleries in the museum display Native American,
African, and European art. |


Northwest Trek Wildlife Park
This
wildlife park is located in Eatonville and sits
on about 715 acres of land. There is also a 50
minute tram ride through the 715 acre park.
There is over 200 different types of wildlife
including snowy owls, river otters, bald eagles,
lynxes, gray wolves, cougars, bears, and many
more. |


Experience Music Project
This museum is all about the history of
rock and roll. There are more than 80,000
American music mementos that are shown in this
ultra-modern museum. Visitors will see Janis
Joplin's floral bell bottoms and leather
jacket once worn by Elvis Presley. |
