• World of Coca-Cola
  On your next visit to Atlanta, make sure to stop this tribute to the world-famous soft drink. Born a century ago in a local Atlanta pharmacy, this attraction fills three stories with everything you could possibly learn about Coca-Cola. Come check out the memorabilia, the hands-on exhibits, video presentations, and unlimited samples of many flavors from all across the world.

• Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site
  Start at the visitor center and work your way around the three main sites of the historic park. This attraction is a great learning experience. One would be able to see the birth home, the tombstone, the speeches on tape, and the church where he preached. A major Atlanta attraction, which draws some 500,00 visitors every year.

• Atlanta Cyclorama & Civil War Museum
  Before there were motion pictures, there were Cycloramas. Come here and experience a 42-foot-high cylindrical oil painting that depicts the Battle of Atlanta in 1864. Viewed from a 360-degree rotating platform, the details of the historic Civil War battle are restored and enhanced with music, sound effects, and narration.

• Fernbank Museum of Natural History
  One of the largest natural history museums in the US. The building has spiraling staircases, huge columns, a brick atrium and windows looking out onto the forest that it borders. The permanent exhibits are awesome and include a life-sized kaleidoscope, a skeleton of the largest dinosaur ever discovered.

• High Museum of Art
  This beautiful and unique building is rivaled only by the art inside. Come here and look at work from all across the world. The High has over 11,000 works of art in its permanent collection, many of which can be viewed from different levels of the four-story, glass atrium.

• Ebenezer Baptist Church of Atlanta
  This famous sanctuary served as a spiritual haven for civil rights activists when Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. had the senior pastor title in the 1960s. From the moment you walk into doors of the church, you feel so welcomed. And not only that, but the services are considered to be one of the best in Atlanta.

• Atlanta Botanical Garden
  Take a visit here and be treated to a rare collection of high-elevation orchids never before grown in the southeast. Another featured exhibit is a famous glass blower from Seattle, who installed about 70 pieces of glass sculpture in the already beautiful garden. A great place to experience 15 acres of outdoor display gardens with that special somebody.

• Fox Theatre
  Recently restored to its original beauty since the 1920's, the theatre hosts Broadway musicals, comedy shows and dance companies throughout the year. The decor is amazingly full of detail from the floor, to the door knobs, wall paintings, and the most amazing theatre auditorium ever with a make-believe star lit ceiling. The Fox also features a classic Moller organ with over 3,600 pipes.

• CNN Center
  Home to the world's first and largest 24-hour news network, the CNN Center features a tour that takes visitors behind-the scenes look at the live newsrooms in action. The tour gives visitors a great opportunity to see what happens during live broadcasts. When you do make plans to visit the CNN Center, be sure to book your tour as early as possible since they do sell out quickly!
